Can I place an order without registering for an account on bareFaced Minerals? The order process can be completed by new users. However, in order to take advantage of the order history and tracking information provided to you through our website, you must create an account. This will allow you to access your order history, saved address, and other account features upon future visits to bareFaced Minerals.

What if I forget my password?
If you forget your password, a new password will be mailed to the email address you registered with. If you do not immediately receive your password email, check your spam folder!

Do you sell gift certificates?
Gift Certificates are available under the Gift Certificate tab at bareFaced Minerals.

Do you have a store I can visit?
We are an online store. We provide a showroom visit for interested wholesale clients by appointment only.

What forms of payment are accepted?
Payments are through Credit card and Pay Pal. Pay Pal has a form of check you can use called an e-Check. Payment via PayPal, Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover, Corporate checks, U.S. Money Orders, Wire Transfers are acceptable. Orders using checks and wire transfers will be held in queue until the payment has cleared. There will be a $35.00 charge for any returned checks.

Can I pay over the phone or by mail?
We accept phone orders. If you wish to email your order and call us with your credit card number, please send us an email and let us know.

How secure is your website?
bareFaced Minerals features safeguards that allow you to enjoy your shopping experience without having to worry about the security of your credit card transactions. When you submit sensitive information via our website, your information is protected both on-line and off-line. Our checkout process takes place in a secure environment using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology, which encrypts the data you submit to bareFaced Minerals. SSL technology is an industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. All sensitive information you enter during the checkout process (including credit card number, name and address) is encrypted under this protocol while traveling the Internet. We do not share or sell any information you submit to bareFaced Mineral Cosmetics.

Can I email you my order and credit card information?
Email is not considered a secure form of communication, and can be intercepted as it travels across the Internet. We recommend that you do not give us your credit card number or any sensitive information via email. We provide a secure fax line for your usage, or you may phone your information to us during normal business hours.

When will my order be processed?
Most orders will be processed and mailed within 5-9 business days. Orders received during sales may take longer in the processing queue. Please note that choosing Priority Mail does NOT mean your order will be processed faster, only that the transit time during shipping may be faster.

What if I want to cancel my order after it has been placed?
All orders which have been processed and shipped are subject to a 25% restocking fee. All orders are automatically processed on our secure merchant processor and sent for shipment as soon as they are placed. During this process we incur irreversible fees. Therefore, while we understand that orders might need to be changed or cancelled sometimes, we are unable to do it free of charge. We strictly adhere to the following cancellation policy: If you cancel your order BEFORE it has been shipped, you will be assessed a 10% cancellation fee before credit is issued. If you cancel your order AFTER it has been shipped, please follow our Return Policies & Procedures. The cancellation will have to be treated as a Return with all applicable fees.

What are your shipping charges based on?
Our shipping charges are based on the weight of your order, and where it is being shipped. We use the United States Postal Service and UPS for domestic shipping.

Do you ship Internationally?
We ship internationally using the United States Postal Service Priority and Express Mail. FedEx shipping is available upon request. We are happy to use your shipper account for shipping your orders. You may provide that information via email, fax or phone. International shipping charges are based on the weight of your order, and where it is being shipped. Do you accommodate bulk and wholesale orders?
Yes. Please contact us for information on bulk and wholesale orders.

What if I want to make changes to my order after I have placed it?
We will do our best to accommodate you if the order has not been packed and/or shipped. If your order has already been packed and you wish to add on, the addition may need to be considered a new order.

What is your return policy?
All returns may be made within 15 days of receipt of the product and of course, products returned must be received at bareFaced Mineral Cosmetics™ in re-sellable condition. All cosmetic products such as makeup, will not be taken back or refunded by bareFaced Mineral Cosmetics™ if opened, damaged, or unsealed in any way. Aromatherapy products are not available for returns. Bulk cosmetic purchases are not available for return, as they are sent to you in heavy duty ziplock bags and do not carry a tamper-resistant seal. Also, shipping will not be refunded and a 25% restocking and handling fee will be charged to the Client. Please note that Clients must obtain an Authorization number prior to sending back returned product. Such Authorization number may be obtained by having an order number and by e-mailing: rhonda@barefacedminerals.com. Once such process is followed, refunds will be made in the same manner as original payment.

How are your products packaged for shipping?
We place our cosmetic containers in a re-sealable cello bag along with your invoice. We then re-use all the "peanuts" we receive when ordering supplies to safely pack and ship your products. On occasion, we use tissue sheets as well.

How do I know I have the correct jar size?
Products are packaged in 4 sizes.
Samples: packaged in a 3gm jar
10gm jar contains 3 gms of product
20gm jar contains 7gm of product
30gm jar contains 10gm of product.

Why do I get a recording sometimes when I call bFM?
We are often away from our desk and in the formulating lab area. We do not answer phone calls during this time. Please know we will return your call as soon as we can. If you prefer, please leave us an email with your questions and we'll get to you as soon as we can!
