This is a very lovely shade of purple. It doesn't really have any red in it which is a problem I have with most purples. It makes a very lovely crease/lid color and is really pretty as a liner too. I think that it could be nice as a dark lip color as well, but I haven't tried it. All in all, Elaine is very versatile.
